Management Services
Neighborhood Resources’ management fees are about 1/2 of other management firms’ service charge and we provide additional services that you pay extra for at other firms.
Neighborhood Resources has the experience and resources to service your neighborhood’s needs. We are focused on providing timely high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Communication with the board is always our highest priority. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations with a variety of services to help you operate your maintenance corporation (HOA). We’re sure you’ll be happy working with us.
Neighborhood Resources’ services are completed in a timely and professional manner. We have maintenance corporation experience in New Castle County since 1994 and experience as a President of a New Castle County Maintenance Corporation since 1998.
Time is always at a premium and we will handle your everyday service needs for you. We work under the board’s direction to fulfill the administration requirements of the operation of your maintenance corporation, such as consulting, budget preparation, meeting planning, assessment notices and delinquent assessment collections. (See assessment page for more information on delinquent assessment services.) We will attend your board meetings and annual meetings and much more.
We will serve as the liaison between the board and the neighborhood by taking homeowner phone calls, answering questions and relaying messages to and from the board and homeowners. We do your mailings, meeting notices, proxies, assessment notices and include mailing your newsletter with no additional charge for copies, envelopes or postage (if mailing is 1 ounce or less). Other management firms charge extra for copies, envelopes and postage.
